My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location is great, close to the business district, and the rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. It was quiet and very safe even at night, making it a comfortable stay. However, the worn-out rooms were a downside, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area near Jardins close to Paulista and just a few blocks from Augusta. The rooms, although spacious and nice for the price, fell a bit short of 4-star expectations. The service was superb, even though some staff members seemed a bit disinterested. The dining experience offered a good buffet breakfast but lacked options suitable for diabetics. The location is excellent, in a safe neighborhood near Avenue Paulista, making it ideal for exploring the city's attractions.
